Lucy Lane Needlepoint Return & Refund Policy

At Lucy Lane Needlepoint, we take immense pride in carefully inspecting, preparing, and packaging your orders. Because of the delicate nature of hand-painted canvases and premium fibers, all sales are final.

Please carefully review your cart before completing your checkout, as we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please email us immediately at ashli@lucylaneneedlepoint.com. While we will do our absolute best to assist you before your package leaves our shop, we cannot guarantee modifications once processing has begun.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery at ashli@lucylaneneedlepoint.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. If approved, we will gladly arrange for a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Shipping, Pre-Orders, & Special Orders

  • Carrier Issues: Lucy Lane Needlepoint is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or damaged by the shipping carrier once they leave our boutique. Please contact your local carrier directly to resolve delivery discrepancies.

  • Exclusions: All sale items, discounted products, custom orders, pre-orders, trunk show purchases, and gift cards are strictly final sale.
