However, because hand-painted canvases are individually crafted and digital screens display colors differently, slight variations may occur. We reserve the right to update, limit quantities, or discontinue products (including custom orders, kits, and trunk show pieces) at any time without notice. Availability is not guaranteed until checkout is complete.

4. Pricing, Payments, & Sales Tax

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

  • Sales Tax: Applicable state and local sales taxes will be calculated and added to your order at checkout based on retail regulations.

  • Order Discretion: Payment must be completed before an order is processed. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order if we suspect fraud, unauthorized resale, or pricing errors. Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, Lucy Lane Needlepoint is not liable for carrier delays, delivery discrepancies, or lost/damaged packages. All sales are strictly final. Our return exclusions and procedures are governed entirely by our Return & Refund Policy. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect item selection.
