Lucy Lane Needlepoint Shipping Policy

At Lucy Lane Needlepoint, we carefully package each order so your canvases, threads, and stitching essentials arrive safely and beautifully.

Order Processing & Rates

  • Processing Time: Standard orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing times may be slightly longer during new launches, promotions, or peak holiday seasons.

  • Shipping Rates: Rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location, order size, and selected shipping method.

  • Tracking: Once your order leaves our shop, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery Issues & Carrier Responsibility

Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, Lucy Lane Needlepoint is not responsible for transit delays, damages, or lost packages.

  • Missing Packages: If your tracking information states your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors, mailroom, or contact your local carrier directly.

  • Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order. We are not responsible for shipments sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you catch an error, email us immediately at ashli@lucylaneneedlepoint.com and we will do our best to correct it before shipment.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. If international shipping is available for your region at checkout, please note that customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local carrier fees required by your destination country.

Pre-Orders & Special Orders

Items designated as pre-orders or custom special orders carry extended processing timelines. If your order contains a mix of both in-stock and pre-order items, your entire order will ship together once the pre-order item arrives, unless separate shipping is arranged.
