Ready to pick up a needle and learn the most relaxing, addictive craft around?

Needlepoint 101 is designed for absolute beginners with zero prior experience. In this hands-on, relaxed 1.5-hour workshop, we’ll take the mystery out of the canvas and teach you the foundational skills you need to start stitching with confidence.

When: Saturday, October 10th | 5:30-7pm

What You’ll Learn:

• The Core Stitch: Master the tent stitch—the foundational building block of needlepoint.

• Tension & Rhythm: How to handle your threads, manage canvas tension, and avoid common beginner mistakes.

• Canvas Anatomy: Understanding mesh sizes, thread types, and how to read hand-painted canvases.

• Finishing Prep: How to secure your edges and properly start and stop threads.

What’s Included:

• Blank practice canvas, tapestry needle, and snips.

• Sample thread for learning

• 1.5 hours of expert, live instruction in a small-group setting

• Personal assistance on the shop floor after class to help you select, thread-match, and pull your very first official project!

• Please Note: The $65 registration fee covers your instruction and class practice materials. Any canvases, threads, or accessories purchased after class are not included, but all students receive 10% off their entire store purchase on the day of class!
